- Enjoy a relaxing weekend, taking in the fresh farm air, scenic views and soothing sounds of the abundant birdlife, by day. While the breathtaking night skies are enhanced by the sounds of Jackal & Lion crying in the surrounding bush.
- Partake in guided walks to view Bushmen pectroglyps & Alglo- Boer war sites, with resident archaeologist or conservationist. Walks are to be booked at reception and are undertaken early morning or late afternoon. Various wildlife can also be encountered on the walks, from duiker to warthogs
- To date more than 200 bird species have been spotted in the area, including fish eagle, crimson breasted shrike, secretary bird, black headed heron, violet woodhoopoe, cape vulture, owls & raptors
- Bring along your mountain bike and enjoy a scenic ride on the farms many trails. No four wheelers or motorbikes allowed.
- Unwind at the pool or enjoy a game of table tennis & darts in the games barn.

- Game drives can be arranged with the adjoining big 5 game farm, as well as elephant encounters.
- Other activities in the area include, hot air ballooning, microlight flights, four wheeling, 4x4 tracks, paintball, fly fishing, hikes, canopy tours, golf driving range, candle dipping, visits to cheese farms, berry farms, old mines, Sterkfontein caves, Maropeng- cradle of humankind, various curios shops in the Village of Magaliesburg and Hartebeespoort dam.
- There are numerous restaurants in the village of Magaliesburg, should you wish to dine out for the day.
- For any odds and ends you may have forgotten at home, there is a well stocked Spar and Pharmacies in the Village of Magaliesburg.
